Approved Log TRT and training Log with Steroidify

Hello guys I’ve decided to run a training log with my self TRT with my test that is supplied by Steroidify. Below are my details.

39 years old
6’ tall
Weight stays around 205-210
TRT I run 150 mgs of Pharmaqo Test E every 5 days
Bloods always stay around the 950-1050 ng/dl which keeps me in the upper of the recommend range.
Also using the Pharmaqo Cialis @ 20 mgs e3d

Been training for 15 years on and off but the last 5 I have stayed consistent. Ran multiple cycles over the past 10 years but like to stay at the lower doses and not push my luck.

As for food I’ve done the whole counting macros and it definitely works but it’s not part of my goals anymore. I eat when hungry and stay with a high protein diet consisting mostly of chicken beef and fish. I will have the occasional protein shake but most of the time this is after training.

I’d say my bf % stays in the mid teens year round but I seem to get lower during the summer as I do construction work and I walk next to my guys and the machine getting 30-40k steps a day.

For my training I don’t have specific days on what I do. It’s what is not sore at the time. I try to get 4-5 days of training /cardio a week. I’d say I do more of a bodybuilding split switching up to a PPL every now and then to mix it up.

Recently my trying has suffered a bit as I have 3 kids age 9 and under and they are all athletes and in every sport coming and going so I’m running for practices/games and they all have trainers outside of the regular coaches so my time stretches thin between them and work.

Fasting I am a big advocate for I always try to get 1-2 days of a 24 hour fast throughout the week and 1 time a month I do a 72 hour fast and I always feel my best when I come off of this fast. I’ll attach a few pics below of my physique and my gear from Steroidify.

As for Steroidify I have been using for for 10 or more years and I can it say enough nice things about them. Quick delivery and great prices. The gear seems to always be spot on for dosages and smooth when pinning. I always rotate between delts and glutes for injections and never once had an issue.

For the start I just started a 3 day fast this morning coming off of a heavy meal last night it was a bday dinner for a family member so no better time to flush the system.

The pictures attached are from about 6 months ago. I now have a full sleeve tatto on my left arm/chest but I don’t have any updated pictures to post now. I’ll try to get some to show you my start. I’m not this lean but I’m not way off from it. Actually the last pic is about where I stay during the winter I took this pic not long ago and sent to my wife. I will get leaner as the summer comes and I am getting I a lot more cardio in.

I have a big fasting log over on evolutionary.org. you will really like the stuff i have in there including studies and graphs.
 
You've gotten incredible physique, great job.

Lean and tight in the waist.
 
balancing family life career and also your training definitely takes a lot out of you.

That's one of the big parts of doing these logs is displaying how to get it done.

You definitely have the capability of getting some great results, especially mixing in the fasting.
 
What kind of construction work? Do you do?

Is it like laying tile or is it more Roofing or electrical work?
 
Man, you are a boss for sure. All that construction burning calories and then the fasting on top of it. That's how you stay. So lean, great job.
