Newbie
ordered from ugfreak and was very upset when my gear arrived FROZEN. This is ridiculous. I tried to draw the oil and like 2 drops came out.
This stuff is my TRT and I need it or I will crash and get suicidal and lose my libido. I don’t have time for these games and need to use this stuff right away.
I’m no sucker or dummy and I demand my money back asap.

Sounds like a carrier problem or you’re trolling. Either way, I’ve never had a single issue ordering from them

When a lab/source can control the air temperature they'll control the world. Warm it up!!

@ugfreak doesnt have ANY control of the weather bro! the frozen you mean crystalized in the winter cold
you need to heat up the gear and warm it up in a sauce pan in water, its normal for it to crash in cold months specially now its like super cold ut
 
this type of thing is normal this time of year
if the vials have access to cold weather during shipping they can crash. it's not a big deal simply warm them up carefully and they will be good to go

remember post office trucks don't have heaters where the packages are and a lot of cases the temperatures get very low plus it can sit in your mailbox on a cold day and crash that way as well

so nothing to do with ugfreak. buy with confidence!
 
there is nothing wrong with this gear if you don't want it send it my way I will gladly take it off your hands
 
just have it warmed up a little bit and it will be okay
 
heat the vial up and shake it a little bit and you'll see the crashing will go away and everything will be fine
 
ugfreak is A+ all around. the gear crashing in the freezing temps means its legit
 
para pharma is a great brand, love it !
 
not sure what your complaining about just warm it up and you'll be good to inject it
 
it wasn't sent to you frozen my man along the Route it got cold and the temperatures and it froze

Come on my man lol check your emotions. Be professional and use common sense. It's winter! Frozen? Warm it up.

I had one order with UGF and ALL the products are better than advertised!
