UGFreak.to only gained 10 pounds

I’m currently 145 pounds and 5’11’’ .. I’m following IIFYM and eating a pop tart for breakfast, protein powder for lunch, and a weight gainer for dinner along with a burger/2 slices pizza. This has been my daily diet. I’ve been disappointed by the quality of gains that I’ve gotten on this ugfreak gear. I’m on their test cyp 250mgs a week and its been 20 weeks. I’m only up a net of 10 pounds. I wasn’t expecting to be the next Mr Olympia Champion but my friend said that I should at least be staged ready for a local show after one steroid cycle like this so I’m disappointed.
