I'm looking to condense my workouts into possibly four to five day a week weight training. I would like to switch over to split routines that focus on upper and lower body
can you give me some tips on what you would recommend me to do. should I be splitting it two days upper body and two days lower body or should I just focus on one day a week heavyset lower body and then do the rest of the week upper body?
