I'm looking to add a fat burner to my morning coffee
I also usually drink two cups around 7:00 a.m. and then I'll drink a third cup around 9:00 a.m. before I start work
I'm also looking to take a fat burner that can help me burn fat while I'm sitting at the office all day. so I figured I would take that somewhere in between when I'm drinking my coffee.
do you think it would be best just to stop coffee entirely and take the fat burner or should I take them both?
