Using insulin before meals

Newbie
Looking to use over the counter insulin, the kind you can get from the pharmacy without a script. I want to bodybuild and compete so I want to take things to a new level and all the big pros are using it before meals. Looking for the one that kicks in after 45 minutes and then lasts a few hours, is it called humalog?
 
i turn down paying clients that want me to coach them on insulin... i cant help you and i dont see why anyone would ever use it unless they need it medically... its not worth it

Don't use insulin unless you want to get fat, period.

Unless you are at an elite level insulin has no use for you. It will just make you fat as fuck
