what do you guys think about low dose insulin post workout only? like doing 4iu's then taking my shake and a meal. would that work good for me? I am gonna get the fast acting humalog and keep juice close by in case. i'm 28, 5'8 10% body fat. i've ran 5 cycles but first time doing insulin
