using steroids for 18 weeks

I haven’t seen too many threads on here where people are laying out how long they are using their steroids
seems like many of you just stay on them year round
or some of you might go 6 or 8 weeks and then stop
I’m wondering what do you think about using steroids for 18 weeks is that too long?

18 weeks is fine if you have organ liver support and you know what you doing

anything past 12 weeks if you count the Esters is going to make it much more difficult to fully recover

really once you get to 15 or 16 weeks it's the red zone of danger

It depends on the steroid if it's a harsher steroid you definitely don't want to go that long

you should stick to 10 or 12 weeks and then come off twice as long

don't abuse steroids
you will get most of your results anyway the first 8 or 10 weeks of the cycle

be careful using steroids for that long because once you push past 15 weeks the recovery process gets hard

A few. The second is more common and a better idea

that would be much too long to run a cycle.. you need to understand that at a certain point, not only will you stop making gains, but the longer you stay on cycle, the harder it is on your body and much more difficult it is to recover... that takes a toll over time, not to mention, making it far more difficult to maintain and/or keep gains

Furthest I'd ever push it is 16 weeks I won't ever go anything over that, typically I try to keep it 12 weeks for the majority of the time.

Longer you go harder to recover... I go 16 weeks with EQ but otherwise try and limit to 12 weeks...
