I've been using weight loss pills for the past week and my side effects are unbearable. I am feeling jittery, getting a lot of sweats, dehydrated and feeling dizzy while using it. the product contains ephedra, caffeine, and a couple other stimulants. it is called red zone and I got it here in Canada.

Stop using it. Stims are fine but you have to have the right stims and the best doses.

i'm very anti-stim. they do way more harm than good. they are addictive, they speed up heart rate, wreck endurance, and screw up sleep.

A not uncommon side effect. In fact I could go so far as to say that's kinda how they work

Thats normal on those. Stop using them if its an issue

That is exactly what those products will cause. You would be better to go with a non-stim stack like Cardarine and N2Slin for fat loss.
