I went to the beach the other day and I saw a bunch of people doing a workout on the beach
they were doing jumping jacks and they were doing things like push-ups and they had some dumbbells there and they’re doing curls and other things to fire up their legs.
Does anyone ever do beets training like this and are there any benefits to doing it on the sand and what can you recommend that I try myself as a newbie?
