What can i take instead of hcg to boost libido and sperm production??

Been on trt for like a year and the past several months libido has crashed and balls look like they belong to a 4yr old.. clinic recommended hcg and it seemed to be doing the trick, nothing spectacular but I did notice a difference. Just got my most recent labs though and shbg is lower than it's ever been (3.75!) and I can't help but think it's related to the hcg. Not sure when last dose of hcg was when blood was taken but shbg had never been this low. So need an alternative to raise libido and semen production. I should probably also mention the fact that i recently upped my dose of arimidex because i had gone up a good amount on my test so i went from taking 1mg 2 days after shot to adding .5 mg 2 days later when i do my 2nd smaller shot.. well got labs back and estrogen is practically zero! It's that what has my shbg crashed??Thanks in advance

but low estrogen IS a bad thing

so fix that

I'll try to update log tomorrow, been up since 3am and worked 14 hours then came home and did the yard with my sons and it's almost 11 and just now am done with everything that needs to be done! Not complaining, thus is life right now, just clarifying why I haven't logged anything. So hcg will crash estrogen?

It's not a bad thing? It seems like what I was reading was saying that number is directly related to sexual function.. did I misunderstand?

Also, had to pull the plug on ldg, ALT is way up and has been been prior labs apparently and clinic failed to mention. Not doing enough to protect organs and that's on me but it is what it is, better safe than sorry. Will be more prepared next time. Still on mk677 but cut dose in half or should I stop together? ALT is at 70.. will post labs tomorrow

So today is the day I normally take 1mg of Arimidex, with e being so low should I skip it altogether this week or take .5?
