Green veggies - great choice
carrots - not great, not terrible
eggs - one of the best things you can eat
egg whites - not a fan since the nutrition is in the whole egg
lean turkey/chicken - perfect
protein shakes - stick to real food, unless you want to liquid shit
sweet potato - great
oats - good carb but watch portions
lots of juicing - no way. Eat whole fruits and veggies.
adding up to around 2000 calories. I am currently 188 pounds and 5’8
