What is gw0742 all about?

I was wondering about this new sarm called gw0742
I've used car touring gw501516 already and I was wrong about 10 mg a day and it would give me more endurance when I would do my cardio
so I have already a lot of respect for it. What are the advantages of running the newer version and how would you run it
