what is your opinion on oatmeal?

Hear a lot of conflicting information on oatmeal
some people say it’s a great carb option for bodybuilders
other people say it’s no good and a very overrated food
and some people are sort of in the middle what is your position on oatmeal is this something that you guys consume a lot of?
