i like to train raw when i am trianing for the most part
if its a heavy workout for strength i will have a meal 2 hours prior a light meal
a lot of times supplements can backfire if they bother you
i like hcgenerate and n2guard
I dont take pre or post workout sups. I take some in am and some in PM. I always take N2Gaurd splitting dose in two. I love my Magnesium before bed and I take other stuff for joints. You've got to experiment and find what works for you.
