I will let you be the judge, The main difference between whey isolate and concentrate is that whey isolate undergoes more processing, which results in a higher protein content with less carbs, lactose and fat. Whey isolate is typically more expensive than whey concentrate.
I don't consume either anymore but can tell you that back in the day my stomach could only tolerate isolate. I would be on the toilet minutes after drinking concentrate.
