I haven’t been able to post much because of a busy ass schedule, However i wanted to make an update on how my
lifts have been going. I recently switched to a new program, and while i feel good during my workouts, i oftentimes get bored towards the end, such as when i hit multiple muscle groups. Today i hit back and hamstrings, and while back felt amazing, half way through hamstrings i just tend to get burnt out. I have been in a calorie deficit for a while, so i’m leaning towards low energy being the problem, however if anyone has anyother tips to not get burnt out i’d love to hear them.
