Young guy with low test

I'm 22 years old and weigh a 175 lb. I have some excess body fat on my frame but otherwise I'm in decent shape. I'm 5 ft 8 in. And my body fat is probably 21%. I ran blood work and my testosterone levels are under 200. what do you think about me doing trt, the doctor I went to said if I did my situation would get worse but not sure what he meant

You can do TRT 200mgs of test per week or you can jump on anavar winstrol 50mgs each and primobolan 300mgs and do low carb diet with cardio you'll shred up fast.
