Approved Log Testosterone, Trenbolone, Winstrol summer cut-recomp Cycle Log

it definitely diet goes a long way now you're starting to see that separation as you talked about
 
Shoulders:
Smith over head press: 225x10, 245x 8, 225x 10
Hammer strength laterals: 80x 10, 90x10, 100x8. All sets finished with partials till fail.
DB shoulder press: 90x8, 80x 8, 60x12
Db rear delt flys; 35x12, 40x 10, 35x 10
DB: Lateral raises: 25x12 20x fail, 15x fail, 10x fail drop set- 3 sets

Abs: machine crunch, cable side raises, kettle bell crunches 3x fail each one.

Cardio: 30min 10 incline 3.0-3.3 mph

Meals: most meals today are 8oz chicken breast, 4oz sweet potato, 1/4 cup rice.
 
Feeling good, feeling strong. Cant really say I feel or see a huge difference yet but its only towards the end of week 2.

Dosages:
210 weekly tren a
175mg weekly test prop
200g weekly test cyp (trt)
50mg pre workout winstrol
350mg mast

All are done daily split in to even doses. Thoughts on changing any of the dosages are welcome; I am sitting tight as of now unless theres an over whelming majority telling me im fucking something up lol.

Considering dosages for the final 7 weeks:
400 tren a, 475 test prop, 200 test cyp, 50 winstrol (ed), 550mast.

Overkill? It would only require one bottle of the cutting mix from euro pharma.

but meals you didnt do post workout shake?

This group has been nothing but helpful the whole time. Im all for constructive criticism because i dont know everything and love to learn. I have found this forum to be all around just better than the others even if there arent as many daily posts. Theres just a way to go about things without being a dick lmao and you guys do that.

Yeah I was thinking that. On the latest masteron evo.org podcast mobster was talking about how you only need 200mg of it when running other compounds (not that anyone runs mast solo). However everything I have read says the minimum dosage is 300mg weekly. But thats why im here. Ill take real world experience over the black and white ink theoretical cycles all day.
