Safe? Best thing to do with sarms is throw them in the garbage and use real gear that’s actually backed by yrs of studies and researched on and in the human body.

SARMs are still a research chem with no real data or minimal besides a few like ostarine which is still very limited where as test, var, deca, adrol, gh, insulin, etc all used and backed by tons of studies in humans so idk where you got this fallacy that sarms are the safer route.
