Hey family i have another log for call today and excited to share! So today i have been feeling better. For those that have kept up with me already know that I've had low T since a very early age. Well since my second pin I'm feeling much better and finally had the energy and strength to get in the gym. Usually I go in there but don't get very much done because I'm always to fatigued. We'll today was different! I'm feeling way better and have like 50% explosiveness in me. I've waited so long for this and the workout I did today finally felt good. Today I did 3 sets and 8-10reps of 45lb dumbells on incline bench. Then I did 3 sets of chest presses at 8 reps. Then dumbell arm extensions of 55lbs for honestly not very long i will admit. But I finished with cable pec flies as well as single are tricep extensions and double arm. My goal today was to get my muscle warmed up so I don't injur myself and to test out my energy in the gym. It was a success finally! I drank like 45g of hydrolyzed iso 100 protein and prepped my meal for later today. The last time I ate was at 5am yesterday and did this in order to put my body in ketosis. I'm going to post a picture of what I packed for lunch and it is a high protein diet
No I did what you said. I pinned the ugfreak in my glutes. I threw the other shit away because my leg still hurts. Whatever they gave me still worked to get my energy up but yeah I only pinned that once then thrown it away.
