My leg is so messed up from that fake shit. I don't know what it was but my leg muscles are slightly twitching and my skin feels raw. But nothing is discolored and I can still feel my toes and what not so I should be good. But I just want this pain to go away already. I don't doubt that there was some steroid in there but it also for sure was contaminated and I'll STOP ANYONE in the future from buying that crap.

I can do higher reps for sure. But cardio I'm not sure about lol if I do enough reps it sure feels like cardio to me. Honestly I've never actual done cardio before.
 
I fasted for about 7 hours then worked out and continued to fast for another 8 hours after my workout and finally ate this high protein meal. 2 chicken breast skinless and 2 fish. I hope i did this the correct way to be in ketosis. I did drink 45g of protein after my workout as well.

You will not be in ketosis with high protein only, you need higher fat than protein to get into ketosis then you can mod it after bro

Dang it man I thought i could go my whole life without doing cardio and you ruined that for me lol guess I'll have to work that in my schedule a couple of times a week
