I have done 2 injections of para pharma sus350 fux boys my arms haven't ever been this sore from pinning before. Left delt is sore and hard. No pain, no discoloration, not warm to the touch, so i dont think its anything too serious but shit. Wondering if I need to switch pinning location or what. Literally feels like the 1st time ever injecting. Thoughts please.

Chest

Cable machine high, medium/level, low positions
3X10 70lbs each position
2x10 90lbs each position
1x10 120 each position

Lat pull-down
3x10 100lbs
2x10 130

Isolated single arm rows
3x10 70lbs
2x10 100lbs

Sholder shrugs
3x10 100lbs

20 pull-ups

Shit ton of sit-ups on flat and decline bench

Steam room 100 squats 4x25

Guys all of shit I do I really focus on a hard hit and a slow controlled release. I always make sure I am curling my wrist in w everything I do and focus on the hold at the end of every pull. Tomorrow will be a solid 3+ mile jog and a lot of isolated arm wresting drills along with core work.
My diet is easy guys fucking meat, eggs, and rice. Chicken, beef, lamb, fish that's the truth. Usually 6 eggs a day and rice when it sounds nice never forgetting hot sauce.

For everyone's information the anavar is for my wife I am thinking about adding something to my cycle though. Right now I'm taking 40 dbol a day and an injection of sus350 every 5 days(4 days off inject on the 5th) any thoughts. Should I just add one more dbol a day or add a different substance? Just want to hear all of you guys thoughts lmk. Hope your all doing good and crushing life. Anyone here from Illinois? Would be dope AF to meet up w one of and fuck the gym up together.

on your cycle, i would stay with the dbol dont add more, thats enough sust and dbol

Dude these are some badass chicken tacos. Easy to make. Chicken any seasoning you prefer, red cabbage chopped up mixed w organic mayo, fresh squeezed lime juice, and tajin Mexican seasoning. Great time.
