Quick question …how can I better my recovery when doing hard swimming sessions. It’s starting to become taxing on my back. Should I continue to push through it ?

Currently training itself is going well and I don’t really feel a need to eat especially with my one meal a day.
It’s just the swimming that’s beating me down…it fatigues me and sleeping is also getting harder. Muscles have started to become harder
