Kind of a bad week for the gym. Last Friday I got the vasectomy finally. So I was out of commission Fri-Tuesday.
Wednesday is shoulder day but I tried cramming 2 muscle groups together so I can at least get every muscle once last week.
Wednesday shoulders/arms/ stomach/cardio
Smith machine military press
10 sets started at 135 ended at 205
135/185 10 to 15 reps
205 4 to 6 reps
Military dumbbell press 4 sets 75lbs
6 to 8 reps
Front side and rear delt rows 25/30 lbs
Until failure
Arms- 5 sets curl bar 65lbs 15reps
50lbs dumbbell hammers 5 sets 8/10 reps
Seated bench dumb bell curls 30 lbs
5 sets 10reps I super set every set with tri-ceps cables- stomach I did 5 sets 10 to 15 reps of leg raise on pull up bar
5 sets crunches on the decline bench 30/40 reps also did cable crunches 5 sets til failure
Thursday
Chest/back only 10 sets
Legs, stomach cardio 10 minutes
Friday- day off today
Tomorrow will be 4 weeks into my cycle I’m up 5lbs definitely good pumps in the gym really vascular. Libido is great. I placed a small order with PSL I see a lot of really good feedback about them on this forum and I’m anxious to try something new. Diet is going okay I eat good I just wish my appetite would go back up like it was the first 2 weeks. I seen some people eating quinoa so I researched it and now I eat that daily as well. Carbs whole grains really good. I eat a lot of raw oats fruits veggies in between meals.
A couple of dinners. I need to start taking photos again.
