Flat bench 225lbs 8 sets 8 to 10 reps
Incline dumbbell press 80lbs 5 sets 12 15 reps
5 sets in close dumbbells 55lbs 10/12 reps
Super set cable flys
Stomach very minimal today was ready for food!
