Snack- , protein bar, protein yogurt, pistachios, omega-3 mix

Training- 45 mins cardio

Snack- , protein bar, protein yogurt, pistachios, omega-3 mix

Ps - tomorrow’s gonna look very different for me when I post my buddies having his first baby and I have to wake up at 3:20 in the morning to go to the hospital so I’m not sure what I’ll be eating tomorrow, but I’ll probably won’t be able to go to the gym either.

If you have to eat out tomorrow, try to get extra meat and less carbs, like steak or chicken and no pasta or bread and keep us updated bro :)

Update- I have been up since yesterday morning. I have been at the hospital most of the time or driving back and forth from the hospital. Ik I need to get sleep but not going to be possible for me today. I was at home about to get some rest but I had to leave again and go back to the hospital for my buddy having his kid. I had one coke last night at the hospital other than that
My diet has been the same as usual. I did go to the gym today. I will post my diet after I eat dinner

You should rest more, take 1 day off training completely and eat more protein so you dont get sick bro

Dinner- nothing I could get an appetite to eat anything healthy the only thing I’m craving is fast food and junk so I haven’t eaten nothing
