Diet

50 g Protein shake with honey and oats

Protein shake with walnuts

Breakfast - eggs and chicken

Lunch- 2 hamburger patties

Dinner- nothing I could get an appetite to eat anything healthy the only thing I’m craving is fast food and junk so I haven’t eaten nothing

Snack- , protein bar, protein yogurt, pistachios, omega-3 mix
meals are clean I like them, good pics bro

the refined oils from that cereal go straight to your arteries.

its a hard no. cereal in general is horrible for you but there are less horrible cereal options. read the ingredients and find one free of sugars and oils. your best bet is a health food store and scan the cereals with the yuka app
 
Diet looks fantastic man. You're keeping things very versatile.

But definitely add in more green veggies. I think that's your weak point.
 
Okay, acne is something that I had to deal with when I was younger, but luckily, I grew out of it.

There are things that we all do differently, you need to experiment with different creams and such
 
Drying out the skin may be taking a salt water bath or maybe giving some sun with help.

I think, too. What kills a lot of people is when you sweat and the sweat that's on your skin.
 
Wash more with anti-acne soap

take more Vitamin A higher dose too bro

They say vitamin A is a really good option when it comes to acne. You should try some of that.

Worst case, go see a dermatologist, they'll get you on a program.
 
Controlling acne is definitely trial and error.

My son used to have that problem, but he found some things that help him.
 
cereal in general, has a lot of bad things and them including flour and things like oils and sugar.

So, you definitely want to make sure you read labels.
 
Instead of eating cereal and other junk food like that, just get some fruit.

Fruit is something you should add to your diet. It's got a lot of fiber and vitamins and minerals.
 
Also cycling. Nuts is a good option.

Nuts are good for protein and good fats as well.
