Hey everyone, I’ll be posting an update within a couple hours but I had a question. Lately I have been starting to crave real food veggies like sweet potato and other higher fruits. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to switch to a recomp? As my mentors you guys have the last say

I dont suggest switching because you have cravings.

You can add refeeds to the ketogenic diet but last time you did a refeed you went MIA. I think its hard for you to switch from eating a lot and back to ketosis, can you do it? then we can discuss refeeding @Monogordo5

Yea I definitely agree, it’s hard for me to switch between the 2. I think I might start eating lots of walnuts since usually it’s hard for me to be full. So far they are the only thing that’s really held of that hunger.

steady, high ketosis today?
I pulled around a moderate today. I’m planning on going around 200 fat 70 protein tmrw and following through with a 36hr fast to bring me into high

I do a full body split every other day. What I’ll usually do is use an electrolyte mix that has around 6g carbs put about 3 servings of that.

I think @GHgut4life is saying if you crave carbs you can add small amount of rice before leg day but I like honey instead, 1 tbps of honey preworkout you'll see a huge boost its called TKD
but DO NOT do it on small bodyparts only legs and chest back days

Oh ok if I were to combine honey and bananas how many grams of each should I have ?
 
very nice brother the fasting is paying off for you and you're going to continue to lose body fat and pretty soon you'll have a full six pack it's going to be badass
