Post workout meat 5 eggs with 6.5tbsp butter and 25g cooked bison

Sure thing bro we could aim for a show early next year so I wouldn’t have to buy a 2025 and 2026 membership.

For cutting what Is our current goal ? Body fat wise how low do you want to push ?

Would you guys rather have me keep the weight the same and increase reps by 1 every session or add 2.5 pound every session ?

if you have to ask a question like that it means that your strength is improving way too fast
it's okay to have to take a step back and build consistency at a lower weight

You will NOT increase the weights by 2.5lbs every session. It MIGHT be ok for a while but not non stop.

What most do is a low rep range to a higher rep range (8-12) THEN add weight
 
You might not like competing in the first place.

I would go to the show and see what your competition is going to be like in each class and then make a determination for next time.
