I’m honestly running on willpower I can keep going till my body gives out. And yes 27 reps on everything

Electrolytes for today were 6g sodium 4g potassium 1.2g magnesium. I didn’t have any baking soda or pink salt. I also drank 2.5 gallons water today

you sure you tracking the electrolytes right bro? you got high levels of sodium shouldnt be such low BP
im thinking the 2.5 gallons of water need more sodium/potassium
add some baking soda pink salt 2x/day to start off @Monogordo5 on top

Yea I’m positive I put a pic of the nutrition label below. I’m gonna start pulling water starting tmrw maybe that will help. I also do have family history of shitty blood pressure maybe it’s expressing as food gets lower
