Running 250mg of Test C for 10 weeks /wk/ Split the injection into 2
During Cycle:
Pharmaqo Arimdex 1mg 50tabs - .5mg 4x week/ for the whole cycle
Milk Thistle - for liver protection
Omega-3 - for heart
Daily Vitamins - for overall
PCT 2 weeks after last injection...
Definitely dont got nothing against planet fitness, decent gym. But definitely lacking a bit on certain muscle group machines especially free weight ones. Thats the reason im looking to add a new gym with a variation of equipment
I agree but also im using planet fitness at the moment and the machine only goes to like 300. Feeling heavy for me but i think i can go up a bit. Plan on switching gyms soon or adding additional gym with different equipment to advance further
