    Scrambled eggs and rice again for breakfast today with 2ltrs milk Lunch and snacks bananas got a bit slack with dinner after finishing work late and had a box of bbq chicken without the skin, only thought to take a pic of breakfast Yeah pretty good, the harder Im pushing myself the better it gets

    Love my corn, don't even know what yams is, and do plenty of Brown rice, leave it out from time to time as to not get sick of it,, and cardio I've been slack on I'll admit but work hard during the day always on the go at work, will focus more on cardio once my order arrives and I'm on cycle
