Today I went to Jiu Jitsu class at 11am. We drilled leg locks for an hour and then We did about a half hour of situational training. After that I rolled ten 6 minute rounds back to back with no breaks. When I got home I did 5 sets of 10 pull ups.
Thank you sir! Yeah my diet is super clean. I’m very allergic to gluten. I have celiac disease. So I’m forced to eat at home for a majority of my meals and I eat a lot of vegetables and meat. I can’t eat donuts or junk food but if I could I definitely would. I see it as a blessing now.
