For breakfast at 8am I had my usual 6 eggs fried in oil olive. For lunch I had another 6 fried eggs with a bowl of rice. For dinner I’m making spaghetti with 1 pound of ground beef and a full bag of gluten free noodles with gluten free spaghetti sauce. For dessert I plan on eating a half pound of dates.
