    I just find my weight at times drops because I'm so active, and I just flat out can't eat more than 4 meals a day. I do occasionally do a protein shake but it gives me the farts bad. So I'll top out the calories with junk at times if my body tells me it needs more calories.

    I hear mate, I just turned 50 also. I've found personally that I keep the poundages lower, without killing myself but still able to lift consistently and without injury or mentally burning out. I'm with you man, check out my log and if it could help in anyway that's great. Stay strong my man.

    Not much mate, we had an intense water training sesh this morning. Race starts and serious strength work. I'm off into rural area for work this week, no gym so I'll be doing some calisthenics and body weight exercises instead. Just to keep it ticking over. Cheers.

    Once my diet, training is dialed in and constant I'll add in deca and increase poundages as I go. Its a slow process for me, but I'll keep everyone posted.

    I keep my meals pretty clean most of the time. Pics you see are steak, baked potatoes and a four bean salad mix with vinegar, capsicum salt n pepper. Easy n tasty. As with weights, happy to share. 40 kgs on lat pulldowns, 50kgs on bent over rows and 35kgs on barbell curls. I work long hours...

    @GHgut4life my dead's were at 80kg Total. Just getting into training with iron again and I don't kill myself with huge weights. I'm just trying to stay consistent with weight training again.
