2 x 10 Deadlifts
Donkey calf raises with the missus on my back
3 x Leg raises to failure for abs.
Long time since doing deadlifts, completely fingered after two sets.
Bfast was great with burger patty, bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes and dill gherkins. Fish oil with black coffee.
Lunch was a barbeque and two coronas.
Paddling comp tommorow all day.
