I didn’t stop eating correctly and Traning I just forgot to record it haha and I can’t do the fish oil I took it last week and I’m not sure if it was that but something made me really sick so I’m staying away from it

Well I added husk fiber and a probiotic supplement and my body completely rejected the probiotic and make me throw up 20 times raise my temp to 101 and had the most violent painful cramps so not taking any probiotic
