Delt fly 4x10 at 145
Barbell shoulder shrugs 4x10 200
Chest supported dumbbell rows 4x10 35
Treadmill 25 min 14 incline 3.5mph

sunflower seeds? replace with walnuts please

8pm you need to add omega 3 fats I still dont see fish oil is that coming?

Training can you bump cardio to 45min?

I didn’t stop eating correctly and Traning I just forgot to record it haha and I can’t do the fish oil I took it last week and I’m not sure if it was that but something made me really sick so I’m staying away from it

Chest press 4x10 at 145

Pec fly 4x10 at 145

Cable crosses 4x10 at 250

Treadmill 13.5 incline 3.5 mph for 30 mins
