Yeah I forgot to say it was machine because realistically I cannot do ohp with 185 for 10 reps though the most I did on a ohp was 205 I did alot of gymnastics so I built pretty good shoulders.

headache maybe still here but I feel lightheaded all about it .
Sleep has gotten a bit better no insomnia falling asleep around my usual time now. Don't have to take melatonin now.

If your goal is too just lose weight then diet and exercise will do. Steroids while cutting will help you build more muscle while cutting(maybe even on massive caloric deficit)and trim that fat. Steroids don't necessarily help lose fat I'd say.
