Day 85 and 86

So far I'm at 147.2 about almost a 1 and half pound increase from last 2 week.
Sunday just a bit of some high volume
Monday strength day
Took out the olympic lift and went to train leg
For monday
Breakfast:

1 cup Greek yogurt 228 g
50g Walnuts...
Got a week ish left for cycle. Honestly happy with results some decent size increase but good strength to help with my sport honestly and satisfied right now not sure if I will ever do another cycle though who knows lol
so I was researching a bit into cardarine, and tests show that it can cause cancer in rats? Not too sure on what the dosage would be on a human but has anyone tried cardarine personally?

Teusday didn't feel like cooking alot really am really lazy for some reason.

Started to notice I'm more vascular in my chest and shoulders without pump and started getting new veins especially on my quad area and a bit on my ab area...
