Teusday didn't feel like cooking alot really am really lazy for some reason.
Wednesday
Both will be strength days
Started to notice I'm more vascular in my chest and shoulders without pump and started getting new veins especially on my quad area and a bit on my ab area.

Wednesday:
Did my pr for clean and jerk and power clean. A bit dangerous to do both but fux it.

Gonna be a bit cocktail and bump it up by 25. Managed to get it but I know I have more.
One last time took a good 10 minute rest
And did 260 x 1
Numbers on the olympic lifts usually haven't gone up thag much not surprised really.

Dinner:
Chicken breast 8 oz
100g avocado
100g Broccoli
= 401 calories (14g carbs,55g protein,22g fat)
Wednesday:
Shrimp 4 oz (about 115g )
Tuna 200 g
Rice 100 g
= 461 calories(28g carbs,79g protein,3g fat)
Extra meal:
Teusday: meals were kinda lackluster for teusday
Protein shake

Total calories = 2831 calories(246g protein,174 g fat, 90g carb)
Wednesday:
Total calories= 2802 calories(136g carbs,264g protein,147g fat)
No new acne has occurred but their is a bit of alot of dried up skin, but I think alot of tanning and acne soap helped. Taking more showers also helped and overall just Blasting on room on full ac.
