Decided to weigh in today. I am currently at 198 pounds
Didn’t bloat too much from the refeed starting to see a little more mid section development

After that the only big thing is my birthday which is Jan 15
December 24th
I decided to use my refeed on something I haven’t had in long time: some oats banana peanut butter and honey
Had one of the best workouts so far I felt very dialed in and had energy throughout it.
I was having trouble driving home 😂 everything was hurting in a good way

I was thinking of doing of steak tacos tomorrow. Or a burrito but yea I definitely won’t disappear since I have to get ready for summertime to exact my plan on the girl that got fat
Training was good today still a little sore but pushed through it. Going to train tmrw then Christmas is a rest day since gym is closed
