Also having Botox today in my neck, occipital plate and both TMJ. The TMJ one is the only concern as it may make chewing a little difficult for a week or two so might have to hammer down protein shakes to hit my protein goals.
Training is low and light until these procedures are done. Diet is pretty on point, same shit I always eat. As for the BPC I get it from a good quality research chem source, and I don’t have to worry about the crypto conversion fees as they take standard payment types. IMO it makes it a bit cheaper.
So though my doc can’t prescribe BPC he does help me figure out dosage and where to use it so it doesn’t counteract therapies like the stem cells that he is doing on me.

Great pull day today and ate the exact same as yesterday. Was 30 sets today and I see Mobster saying too many exercises, so what’s a good number of sets per muscle group on a PPL? I like to hit between 6-9 sets per group. I’ve tried other splits and just don’t respond to them as well...
That’s fucked yo that he would do that but give it a try again, I would suggest axis meat as you can buy that online. Our ranch is loaded with them and can hunt them year round so it’s my go to meat.
It’s amazing. Our deer are corn feed with protein and salt licks so they have no gamey flavor. Compared to beef it’s leaner and a bit more umami but it’s so much healthier.
Bro deer meat and pork are both red meat, don’t eat a ton of beef as beef is pound for pound more expensive than food that I either hunt, grow or in the case of pork find very cheap at Costco.
