Today was pretty standard as far as reps, sets and weights go, but if there was one key progression being made I would say it would be the rear...

Checking in for the third time this week.
Hit a big weight session this morning (pic below) and then some BJJ soon after. The pic was just after weights so not much sweat but i was dripping in sweat after BJJ so I burned a hell of a lot of calories this morning...
