Hey guys, checking in after a few days.

Had some really intense BJJ workouts on Thursday and Friday, so taking this weekend off to hit the weights hard again on Monday morning.

I still feel really good mentally and physically but I do notice that my urine is often golden despite the fact that I am well hydrated and eat a completely clean diet.

I’m pretty confident that it’s because of the tren, so I’m thinking of taking tren out for the rest of the year ( about 5 weeks ) to let my kidney function recover.

With this being said, as I mentioned I still feel great and don’t feel any ‘side effects’ so maybe I’m overreacting and I can keep running it? I know back in the day rich piana used to run it year round sometimes at higher doses than me so and he did that for decades probably so maybe I should be fine?

Keen to get your guys thoughts.

Today was an interesting one - two workouts!

For some reason I felt extra motivated and did 2 today, focusing on arms and shoulders this morning and chest/back in the afternoon.

Overall I’m finding a lot more width in the upper chest which I’m happy with, and the back is getting more pumped week by week. To see everything coming together is awesome and I’m sure with a strong 6 weeks or so left of the year I can end up going into 2025 looking really solid.

Main takeaways from today was probably the bicep curls this morning. I was playing with those 17.5kgs like they were nothing! Definitely worth keeping the Anadrol in play as I feel a heck of a difference with it preworkout.

I also feel a lot of progression in my rows and last pulldowns but can’t quite remember what the weight was at exactly. I’ll definitely be sure to take note next time.

BJJ tomorrow and Friday morning and I’ll probably lay off the weights this weekend to rest up and hit them hard again on Monday!

Hey guys,

First of all, thanks so much for all the support and advice on the last few posts. I really do appreciate it!

I have been monitoring my urine as I’ve been consistently drinking plenty of water throughout the day and it has been cleared up. I will also look into some kidney support/n2 guard to add to my supp stack. My supp stack is currently liver guard (milk thistle), omega 3 fish oils, coq10 and a multivitamin.

Regarding training today, I managed to smash a full upper body session as i had taken the weekend off and was roaring to go!

Big progress as per usual on the tricep push downs as I’m easily repping out 45kgs and can max out even higher, and the other movements are following suit as well.

I also feel a lot stronger in my back movements and get way better back pumps now that I’m focusing harder on training back twice a week with intensity. I’ll try throw some more back pics up here this week.

Hey guys,

First of all, thanks so much for all the support and advice on the last few posts. I really do appreciate it!

I have been monitoring my urine as I’ve been consistently drinking plenty of water throughout the day and it has been cleared up. Hey guys,

Thanks again for all the amazing support/comments/advice!

Today genuinely got away from me so I just have one food pic to share, but with that being said I am pleased to say I smashed a really solid upper body workout today and I have my first leg workout tomorrow since basically ever! I decided I don’t want to be too top heavy and so I’ll do 2 intense leg sessions a week to bring my legs up to scratch. Genetically I have really big calves already so I’m confident that with training hard and consistency my legs will blow up in no time.

My first blog post was 2 months ago and I feel like I’ve blown up in that time so I’m very keen to see how my legs will fair in the same time frame.

I also feel that being able to flex my back has been way easier as I’m getting leaner and my back has never been as big as it is now so I can’t lie it’s kind of fun to flex it as it’s so new - kind of like a superpower :)

Finally, despite leaning out at a moderate rate, I weighed in at 110 kg today ( about 242lbs I believe ) and at 6’3 I think that’s really solid. It’s encouraging to see that I should be able to achieve abs at around this weight and I can’t weight to see how I look at that stage. Sometimes I walk around the streets and see my reflection and I am a bit shocked to see how big I am these days haha so overall having fun and loving the progression!

Definitely man. Starting legs tomorrow and will post more chest movements too!

Hey guys,

Checking in for the third time this week.

Hit a big weight session this morning (pic below) and then some BJJ soon after. The pic was just after weights so not much sweat but i was dripping in sweat after BJJ so I burned a hell of a lot of calories this morning and earned my big recovery meal of 18 eggs some rice and sweet potato.

The body is gonna need the next 2 days off so I’m looking forward to having a relaxing weekend, maybe heading to the beach and just focusing on keeping the food clean, staying hydrated and the body moving.

I think I mentioned this before but I can definitely feel some serious back development - my back pumps are significantly bigger and as I’m leaning out the back muscles are much easier to feel and you can even see them in a subtle way through some of my shirts which is great to see as I neglected my back for a while.

Currently weighing in at 112kg/244lbs and getting moderately leaner week by week. I head overseas for a vacation in April next year and my short/medium term goal is to be a lean 260 by then - I know it’s super ambitions but I believe I can get there especially as I start gaining mass in my legs and keep consistently in all things bodybuilding.

Hope you guys all have a sick weekend and I’ll be back on Monday after a big upper body day!
