I'm shopping around out of curiosity and boredom. I see people say plenty of great things about this source, but I haven't seen any bloods or lab tests on products. Is that in the near future or am I just a jackass looking in the wrong place?
I stick with Smith machine squats and the hack squat for squats. I have a bad back and have injured myself getting into lifting in the past, so I'm extremely cautious with squats..
I'll eventually need SX, just trying to prolong/protect it while learning to work around it.

Part of my struggle is the amount of cals I burn daily because of work and overall active lifestyle. I walk currently 8miles a day minimum by 5pm at work, as much as 12miles. The amount of stairs at work😅😅😅
