Okay guys, I've got a dilemma on my hands. When I first came out of prison in January of this year, I was 190. During this Corona virus shit, I've been stuck at home with a 50 pound kettle bell, two 50 pound dumbbells, and a pull up bar. Well I've been using this Carnivor shit...and barely yesterday I noticed that my arms are way too bulky at 204 pounds, and 5'9....(even my chick told me she said I'm too big, but I don't like being this size either) I'm about 13 % body fat, but that's besides the point...My chest is big, but my arms are bigger than my chest(you guys know what I mean by that), so I want to shrink back down...but I don't want my chest to shrink too...My back is big as fuck and legs and delts are too, so I am not really worried about them...just my chest...so, I know I should avoid lifting reps anywhere from 1-rep to 15-reps, and lifting higher so I can avoid anymore muscle hypertrophy and eating less....how many grams of protein or calories do you guys recommend or whatever to shrink back down to maybe about 195or 190, and what should I do about my chest...I'm calling on any tips period that can help me out...thanks!
