60 seconds warmup
#1. DB Deadlift - 30 secs
#2. DB Goblet Squats - 30 secs
Rest for 30 seconds
#3. DB Right RDL - 30secs
#4. DB Left RDL - 30secs
Rest for 30 seconds
#5. Right Glute Kickback - 30 secs
#6. Left Glute Kickback - 30 secs
Rest for 30 seconds
#7. Wall Sit - 30 sec
#8. Calf Raise Squats - 30 sec
