best electrolyte mixes

I have been doing a lot of cardio and sweating a lot. Also using the sauna which my wife had put in the back. We sweat out a lot of toxins but also it gets me dehydrated where I need to drink something
any recommendation of a good electrolyte mix drink I can do with water?

when i sweat my balls off or i get very hot living in a hot climate i will drink a product called Ultima which is sold at amazon and whole foods

you can also make your own electrolyte drink combining some salt and cream of tartar with water

you can make your own
no salt 1/2 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
table salt 1/4 tsp
potassium 1/4 tsp
magnesium powder 1/4 tsp

you can also get keto electrolyte mixes

Water and a pinch of salt is a pretty good electrolyte drink man no need for much more than that.

I don't live where it is very hot so I just do a pinch of salt in my water here and there. Great when fasting too.
